The Verified Supplier program is for a term of 1(one) year from the date of registration paid in one payment to ReloQuest, in advance at time of registration and will renew automatically annually. ReloQuest may terminate the supplier’s participation in this program if it is unable to collect the annual fee and/or renewal fee from the supplier based on, including but not limited to, inaccurate, outdated, contested, cancelled and/or disputed credit card information. Supplier agrees that the annual fee and subsequent annual renewal fees for the Verified Supplier program are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Right of access is effective only upon payment of the applicable fees to ReloQuest and upon receipt of fess by ReloQuest. Nonpayment of annual fee will result in supplier not being permitted to bid on requests and ReloQuest reserves the right to remove and/or restrict supplier access to the ReloQuest platform. Supplier also agrees and understands that ReloQuest does not guarantee any results, revenue or business to the supplier. ReloQuest reserves the right to withhold access to the platform according to the ReloQuest Suppliers Terms of Use. ReloQuest may increase fees for renewal period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that ReloQuest provides notice to supplier prior to the renewal date. Supplier may cancel the program renewal with 60(sixty) days advance written notice sent prior to renewal date to cancel@reloquest.com. The supplier must include in the cancellation supplier’s company name, address, primary contact, phone number and email address. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation. Upon cancellation or nonpayment of fees by the supplier the supplier will surrender all rights to the usage and/or representation as a ReloQuest supplier and/or ReloQuest Verified supplier and immediately cease using any and all of the ReloQuest logos, trademarks and service marks.

The Premium Profile and API Integration program, here in referred to as “the Program” is for a term of 1(one) year from the date of registration, paid monthly by credit card payment to ReloQuest, in advance at time of registration and will renew automatically annually. ReloQuest may terminate the supplier’s participation in the Program if it is unable to collect the monthly fee and/or monthly renewal fees from the supplier based on, including but not limited to, inaccurate, outdated, contested, cancelled and/or disputed credit card information. Right of access is effective only upon payment of the applicable fees to ReloQuest and upon receipt of fess by ReloQuest. Nonpayment of fees to ReloQuest will result in supplier not being permitted to bid on requests and ReloQuest reserves the right to remove and/or restrict supplier access to the ReloQuest platform. Suppliers also agrees and understands that ReloQuest does not guarantee any results, revenue or business to the supplier. ReloQuest reserves the right to withhold access to the platform according to the ReloQuest Suppliers Terms of Use. ReloQuest may increase fees after the initial 12(twelve) month period for any reason, provided, however, that ReloQuest provides notice to supplier prior to the renewal date. Supplier agrees that the monthly fee and subsequent monthly renewal fees for the Program are cancellable with 90(ninety) days’ advance written notice to ReloQuest and only future fees after the 90 days cancellation period are refundable, if said fees are paid in advance by the supplier and received by ReloQuest. Supplier may cancel the program with 90 days written notice sent to cancel@reloquest.com. The supplier must include in the cancellation supplier’s company name, address, primary contact, phone number and email address. Upon cancellation and/or nonpayment of fees by the supplier the supplier will surrender all rights to the usage and/or representation as a ReloQuest supplier and/or ReloQuest Verified supplier and immediately cease using any and all of the ReloQuest logos, trademarks and service marks.
