As a National Account Executive you are responsible for establishing relationships and securing new clients with a Gross Booking volumes of $1M or more that will use ReloQuest to secure corporate housing, temporary accommodations, and hotels worldwide. This position is designed to quickly increase ReloQuest’s market share and achieve financial growth by cold calling prospective accounts, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, demonstrating ReloQuest’s superior technology and maintaining knowledge of current market trends and conditions.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Grow ReloQuest’s portfolio and revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation
  • Self generated prospecting for new clients by cold calling, email marketing campaigns and networking to identify potential clients in assigned territory
  • Ability to establish a robust pipeline of valid opportunities to ensure quarterly KPIs and quotas are met and exceeded
  • The ability to understand product capabilities and communicate the value and differentiation of the ReloQuest offering in the market
  • Ability to demonstrate the ReloQuest technology platform
  • Once requirements are clearly identified, promote competitive advantages and ReloQuest’s outstanding value proposition through proposals, RFI/RFPs, demonstrations and  presentations
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Connect with prospects (from discovery meeting to closing) and build a high-level relationship with C-level executives.

Business Development Planning

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Reporting and Research

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continually enhance the company’s performance and market position.

Required Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills to interpret the customers’ needs
  • Validated sales experience in pipeline management including negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively address key decisions makers in a very competitive and innovating environment
  • Solid Sales experience with a consistent track record in hitting quarterly sales targets
  • Highly organized and structured
  • Strong commitment to both a high quality of work and service to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient level of experience with G-Suite, technology platforms, CRM management tools, lead generation tools and other technologies as needed
  • A good knowledge of the corporate housing, relocation or travel industry and platform selling
  • High level of dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
  • Present an image that represents the values of ReloQuest
  • Travel expectation equal to 75%
