The National Account Executive works to improve ReloQuest's market position and achieve financial growth. The role incorporates the ReloQuest consultative business to business sales development philosophy.
This candidate will meet short term and long-term strategic goals, build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients to increase sales and drive all aspects of the business development process.
- Identify potential clients, decision makers and understand hierarchies within the client organization.
- Cold call as required to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Build relationships with new clients, analyze needs while qualifying opportunities and potential.
- Establish and conduct meetings between client decision makers, stakeholders and ReloQuest leadership.
- Plan approaches and presentations addressing the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Learn all aspects of ReloQuest to educate clients on the benefits of the service in relation to their program.
- Perform demonstrations as required.
- Handle objections by understanding and clarifying client motivations, to achieve a comprehensive, beneficial outcome..
- Use a variety of styles to negotiate appropriately and deliver the desired results.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, providing feedback and information on market trends to ReloQuest leadership.
- Understand the company’s goal and objectives to enhance the company’s performance.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs, as required.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within ReloQuest's CRM or other sales management system.
- Understand ReloQuest's goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company’s performance.
- Present to ReloQuest leadership on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Commitment to accomplishing goals.
- Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities.
- Ability to creatively find solutions to challenging problems.
- Proven sales track record.
- 2-5 years selling to corporate accounts.
- Mobility, hospitality, corporate housing, serviced apartment or software sales experience are a plus.
- Passionate about delivering disruptive business solutions to new clients and helping them transform their business
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Documents and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to continual education about the company’s products and services.
- Excellent organization skills and sharp attention detail.
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field of study.
- Travel expectation is equal to 75%.
