Because many people worldwide have been working from home during the pandemic, we want to stay in touch via social media. Although face to face meetings have temporarily ended, ReloQuest’s support has not. We thought this an appropriate time to showcase the various teams behind the emails, phone calls, and development of ReloQuest-who continue to interact with our clients, guests, and suppliers on the platform.
Melissa Callahan:
ReloQuest Guest Experience Lead Melissa brings industry knowledge and expertise to the ReloQuest Guest Experience team. Most of you may know her through the emails, Service Tracker and phone calls as she leads the support primarily for the RQPro Guest. Originally from NJ, I joined #teamReloQuest in 2020 after having been in the corporate housing industry for 15 years. Having relocated four times, I understand the nuances of temporary living and relocation.Things I enjoy:
I am a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism where I shoot archery, sew, paint, weave, crochet, and have become an avid mead connoisseur. Fun Fact – I do not have a NJ accent unless I’m excited or pronouncing the work coffee (cawfee). Now that I’m officially a Floridian, my personal goal is to experience every beach the state has to offer! ReloQuest takes pride in its award-winning support team with over a 97% satisfaction score. Our team stays proactive by using internal dashboards that monitor every step of the traveler’s stay. Call, email, or chat us from anywhere, anytime and we are more than happy to assist you with any of your needs with our Direct Connect 24/7/365 Live Support. All of us at ReloQuest hope you, your families and friends, and your teams are all safe and healthy.
